Color Disclaimer
Due to the many variations in monitors and browsers, color samples may appear different on different monitors. Computer monitors are not all calibrated equally and color reproduction on the Internet is not precise. Since it is not possible to guarantee our online colors will look the same on all computers, we do not guarantee that what you see accurately portrays the color of the actual Item you will receive. We do our very best to make sure our pictures are as close to the exact product as possible, but cannot guarantee that what you see is an exact match.
Processing time
We take about 2-7 business days to create our products.
97.66% of our orders are shipped within 5 business days. More than a half of our orders are shipped within 4 business days or less.
Sometimes, due to a busy holiday season it may take up to 10 days to create a product you purchased.
What if my ordered item is damaged?
If you received a damaged item, please provide me with a picture (pictures) of the item you ordered, where it clearly shows the item being damaged (faded print, ripped, teared etc). I gladly accept returns, issue full refunds, if the item(s) are damaged.
I want to return the item i ordered.
If the item you received was damaged, you have to contact me within 14 days after the delivery and I'll issue a refund or replacement (if the pictures of the damaged items are provided).
I do not accept exchanges or returns on All-Over-Print items (patterned leggings, shirts, bags, leggings etc) due to a print-on-demand and sewn-on-demand nature of the product. You can cancel your order within 1 hour after the purchase.
How does Covid-19 affect our orders?
Be prepared for delays. Our fulfillment times will be longer than usual, and may continue to increase until things get back to normal. The entire industry is grappling with challenges and we're seeing delays in our supply chain, including distributors and shipping carriers. We are continuing to fulfill orders, although fulfillment time will take longer than our previous maximum of 7 days. Stay home and be safe.
Will I be charged customs for my order?
Additional customs and tax fees can occur on international orders. This fee is not in our control and is assessed by your local customs office. Customs policies vary widely for every country so please check with your local customs office directly to see if they apply duties and taxes to your purchases.
Why does my t-shirt (and other clothing) have a funny smell?
When you open a package, you might find your shirt has a vinegary smell. Strange odor is caused by the pre-treatment and printing process. It's an eco-friendly and chemical free fixation agent. Just wash your shirt in cold water and let it air dry. Don't worry! It will come off after the first wash :)
Will I receive my order all at once?
Not necessarily. Some items take longer to produce than others (for example, pillows and phone cases). This does not affect shipping prices, nor shipping time.
My package is marked as delivered but I haven’t received it yet.
If the shipment’s tracking states that your order was delivered, but you haven’t received it yet, please note that we don’t cover refunds due to carrier errors. It's highly recommended you file a claim with the carrier company (for example, USPS). Sometimes packages can be left in an unexpected location at your address or your neighbor's address so it’s worth checking up on! Sometimes packages arrive later even though they have been marked as delivered.
